We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.
The clinics available at the surgery are
Antenatal and baby clinics
There is an antenatal clinic held by the midwife on Friday of each week.
Asthma management
If you have been advised by the surgery to complete a review of your Asthma you will need to complete our Asthma review form.
Coronary Heart Disease management
Diabetes management
Family planning advice
If you have been advised by the surgery to complete a review of your contraception, you will need to complete our contraception review form.
Health checks
We offer annual health checks for patients over 75. If you have not
been seen by a doctor for over 12 months, health checks are available
if requested.
Hypertension management
If you have been advised by the surgery to complete a review of your Blood Pressure you will need to complete our Blood Pressure review form.
Patients aged 16 to 74
If you have not been seen at the surgery in the last 3 years and you need
an appointment, you will be provided with a consultation; during that consultation we may make appropriate inquiries.
Patients aged over 75
All patients over 75 will be invited to attend the surgery for a review, if
you have not been seen at the surgery within a twelve month period we
may make appropriate inquiries.
Practice nurses
The practice nurses are available each working day and you can make
an appointment to see them for injections, ear-syringing, dressings,
minor injuries, removal of stitches, travel immunisations, family planning, cervical smears and dietary advice.

Quit smoking support
We have a trained quit smoking counsellor and she is happy to fit
appointments around patients’ work and family commitments.
